Can I place a custom order?

Absolutely! We create personalized phone case, charms, keychains, and more. Just send us your design or idea, and we'll craft it just for you.

How long does it take to make a custom item?

Handmade and custom items usually take 1-3 days depending on design complexity.

Can I cancel or return my item?

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours if production hasn't started. After that, cancellations aren't possible.
  • Personalized items are non returnable unless defective or an error was made on our part.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online payments (credit/debit cards), Tabby and COD (cash on delivery)

How long does delivery take?

1-3 business days

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we only ship within the UAE. Unfortunately, we are unable to process international orders at this time.
